Getting Scammed For A Wedding Dress
We found a beautiful dress on Ebay. This was listed as New only to recieved a Very Used Wedding Gown. She finally sent back my money and wouldn't refund shipping cost. This Used wedding gown had faint stains down the front, ripped tie & very bad Odor under dress. It also was shipped in a fireworks bag and crummy homemade box. I think Ebay & Paypal should make scammers pay back shipping if it wasn't our fault....Barb
