Big Pony Polos - Weighing Your Options
Okay, I love Ralph and his clothes are awesome. As a 40-something, I have been wearing his clothes for over 30 years. Now, I think the Big Pony Polos are fun, updated and something new to add to my collection of "Ralph" items, HOWEVER, I have read all the reviews here on ebay, and couldn't agree with all of you more... chances are, that the ones sold on here, are fakes, but guess what? When I went to order ONE shirt on the Polo website, not only were they out of my size, but wanted to charge $11.00 for shipping ONE shirt! I went ahead and took my chance and ordered 2 of these shirts from a reputable ebay seller that offers a refund if dissatisfied to see the quality, fit, etc and for 2 shirts inclusive of s/h was less than $50.00. So what? What's $50.00 for 2 shirts nowadays? If the shirts fall apart, so be it, I am going into this not expecting them to last. Most likely, I won't wash them at home, but send them out to the dry cleaners if I think they will shrink or come apart in my machine. I would have preferred to buy my shirt from Polo, but at the cost of shipping, I decided to forget it. No shirt I own it worth $101.00! In weighing my options, I would rather get 2 shirts for $50.00 than ONE for $101.00. UPDATE: I received both the shirts, and they were FABULOUS! These are keepers for sure! It does pay to shop around, and what better place than ebay?
