FISHING FOR KING CRAB IN THE BERING SEA

Fishing for king crab in the bering sea in the winter is a job like no other. This is my third year as a captain of one of largest and fastest crab boats in alaska. This is by far the hardest and most gruling job one could have. You work in -35* temputures 50-65 knot winds seas 25-50 feet and work 20 long hours before you get a break.

The ONLY thing that keeps fisherman/woman comming back to alaska to fish for king crab is the large amount of money you COULD earn if  all go's  well at sea.Fishing for king crab is no joke, you could loose your life at any time. The deck on the boat is made of steal and it is frozen most of the time. You have to bring in a 700-1000 pound crab pot empty the king crab, fill the bait bag and drop it over the side of the boat and do the same thing over and over.

Sleep is one thing on one gets any of on a king crab boat. After some time your body just works on what little you get.SO IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A LOT OF MONEY IN A 3 MONTH PERIOD AND RISK EVERYTHING GO KING CRAB FISHING IN ALASKA.GOD BLESS US ALL!!
