What is Vizino Fashion Auction?
Vizino is an online web destination that focuses on bringing together Buyers
and Seller of designer fashion merchandise. The method of transaction is based
on an online auction format. Sellers will be able to put up any number of items
up for auction. Buyers can browse through the various category listings and Bid on
the item they desire. Along with the auction, we provide many community sections
including message boards, chat room and horoscopes. We will continue to expand
the features of the site to improve the overall user experience.
How much does it cost?
There are currently no fees charged to Register or Bid on an item at Vizino.
Also, to celebrate the launch of Vizino we have decided to waive all insertions
fees for the time being. There will also be no commission fee charged on successful
sales. Vizino will provide advanced notice on when the fees will changed and
what the fee structure will be.
I am new to Vizino, where do I start?
Anybody can browse the auction listings to check what is available. There are
also other portions of the site that are available to non-registered users.
If you would like to place a Bid or List an item for auction you must be a Registered
user. The message board requires a separate Registration that will allow the posting
of messages.
What if I don't find an item that I want?
Our SILKwatch feature allows you to be automatically notified via email when
certain items are placed up for auction. You simply specify a list of keywords
to look for in the title and description of new items, and we'll automatically
notify you when items containing these keywords are added anywhere on the site.
I lost my password, now what?
No problem... just go to the Find Password section and we will send you your
password via email. If you have changed your email address from the one that
was previously stored on your account you will need to contact us directly in
order to correct this.
What is mySILK?
mySILK provides a set of tool to help the user with their account information.
The section includes the ability to change and update your personal information,
as well as view statistics such as your bidding history, feedback you've left,
and items you've auctioned. You can also Edit and Relist your items.
What is SILKmail?
SILKmail is a complete messaging system for registered users to communicate
with while on our site. The service is only available to Registered users. Once
you enter SILKmail you can send messages to other users or check to see if
another user has sent you a message.
